"Hold Your Fire" Out Soon

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has pre-ordered a copy of Hold Your Fire so far and everyone who has shown us so much support over the last year. It means the world to us!

To say we are excited is an understatement. Hold Your Fire is dropping on 5 March! We will be celebrating the release of our new album with our first live show in 12 months on Thursday 11 March at The Gasometer in Collingwood!

We are also excited to have a horn section join us for the first time for this show: Ash Ballat on trumpet and Jaaz Tobias-Quigley on Tenor Saxophone, who both recorded on this album.

We will also be featuring super special guest Emma Volard to kick things off on the night.

"Hold Your Fire" Album Announcement

This year has been extremely challenging for a lot of us, especially in the music industry. The global pandemic has made live music impossible across most of the world, which has meant that all the shows and festivals Rambal have been booked to play have either been cancelled or postponed indefinitely.

In light of this, we have been lucky enough to receive a grant from the Victorian government through Creative Victoria to help fund the making of a new album. The songs have been written, chosen, arranged, and rehearsed; however due to the ongoing lockdowns in Melbourne we have had to push back our recording dates until the restrictions have eased.

We have already used the grant money to pay the people who will be working on the album with us to support them and their businesses, so if you’d like to support us directly you can now pre-order our new upcoming album “Hold Your Fire” from our store!
